How to Enroll in ABA Therapy at OwlLight
Welcome to OwlLight Therapy! Here are 5 easy steps for enrollment. It doesn’t have to be complicated—we handle the process for you every step of the way. Let’s get started on your child’s journey to effective ABA therapy!
Step 1 : Intake Process
We will provide a thorough explanation of the services we offer and guide you through the required documentation.
Step 2 : Initial Assessment
We will submit a request to your insurance provider to conduct an initial assessment of your child.
Step 3 : Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assess your child and gather necessary information from you to develop a personalized therapy plan.
Step 4 : Concurrent Authorization
After the assessment, we will request authorization from your insurance provider for the recommended therapy hours based on the BCBA’s assessment.
Step 5 : Services Begin
Once we receive authorization, a therapy schedule will be created..
